Annual Holiday Tractor Parade

Come out to the town of Rising Sun, MD for it’s 3rd Annual Holiday Tractor Parade as a part of the Rising Sun Winter Extravaganza!

Please note: The RSCC Chamber does not organize this event – but we are participating in it with our own tractor/wagon which our members are welcome to be a part of! Any questions about our group and to participate with us, please email Info@RisingSunChamber.org.

This holiday season, let’s make our Tractor Parade more meaningful than ever! 🎄🚜 This year, we’re adding a heartfelt touch by supporting our local community. We’re asking everyone who joins the parade—whether as a participant or a viewer—to bring along a new, unwrapped toy or a new or gently used children’s coat. Every item will go to Rising Sun Elementary, where it will spread holiday warmth and joy to families in need.

Together, we can make this year’s parade unforgettable, not only by lighting up the streets with our festive spirit but also by bringing that same magic into the hearts and homes of children who need it most. Let’s turn this holiday tradition into a celebration of kindness and community.

We are so excited to share our love for our Ag Community with this years event! You are welcome to pull a trailer or float so as long as you share your Holiday spirit! All entries must have lights/and or decorations.

Event Timing: December 14th @ 6:30 PM – Arrival is at 5:30pm located on Colonial way and in the Rising Sun Town Center Parking Lot near Cecil Bank and NLX Fitness. The parade route will run from the Town Center parking lot (McDonald’s) and will run straight down 273 to Wilson Avenue and will end at Wilson Avenue this year.

Please take note that Main Street will be closed for this event so please choose another route to get to the meet up point for the event at 6pm.
