Becoming a member of the Rising Sun Chamber of Commerce adds value to your business or brand and includes the benefits below.

Membership Types

  • Annually Renewing Member $79/ yr – This membership tier is for businesses who renewal annually for consecutive years in a row.
  • New Member $99/yr – This membership tier is for businesses who are joining the RSCC for the first time, or businesses who have not been a member for the past two or more years.

Membership Benefits

  • Advertising
    New members will be highlighted on the Chamber’s home page for 30 days as well as a blast email will be sent through the RSCC email newsletter when a new member joins. Throughout the year you have an opportunity to promote your business or website for a minimal fee.
  • Networking
    There are numerous opportunities to meet and network with your business peers in the local community. You will have the opportunity to host and participate in morning coffees, networking mixers, ribbon-cuttings, and card exchanges. You simply do not have a better opportunity to be around as large a number of people who share the same interest as you.
  • Involvement in Local Activities
    Our Chamber members are actively involved in SunFest, 4th of July Fireworks, and other local events.
  • Events Planning Committee & SunFest Planning Committee
    The Events Planning Committee is a group of Chamber members committed to developing and producing events held in Rising Sun. Chamber members benefit from these events by the exposure provided to hundreds of potential customers who come from a large geographic area. Verified RSCC Members get 20% off their SunFest vendor fees.
  • Website
    As a member of the Chamber, you are included on the Membership Directory on our website. Our Chamber site is linked to the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, Cecil County Tourism and the Town of Rising Sun. The Cecil County Tourism website received more than 36,000 hits each month.
  • Voice in Local Issues
    The Chamber is active in local issues and shares a close working relationship with the Town of Rising Sun.
