Join the Rising Sun Chamber of Commerce for a networking event on Tuesday, July 25th from 3-5pm at the Rising Sun Library in Rising Sun, MD. We’ll be meeting with the Friends Foundation of Cecil County Public Libraries and learning a little about what they do for our award-winning library system here in Cecil County and of course – networking!
