NEW IN 2024! Spaces are no longer sold on a first come, first serve basis. All applications are reviewed and vendors are notified of status (acceptance or waitlist) within 72 hours. We are also paperless – all applications must be submitted online.
Do’s & Don’ts of Vending at SunFest
- Don’t bring cans of silly string or other items that can create a nuisance, be abused or create unnecessary trash.
- Do remember that this is a family-friendly event; the SunFest Committee reserves the right to request that any items not deemed to be suitable for viewing by all ages be removed from your display(s).
- Do be responsible for cleaning up your respective areas at the end of the day. Set up will begin at 6:30 AM and break down will not start until 3PM.
- Don’t bring vehicles back into the festival areas until after 3PM
