Who can you reach?

You can reach business owners and professionals in the Rising Sun and Greater Cecil County Area. Our marketing efforts are focused on attracting new attendees and connecting you with other members.

How much does it cost?

To sponsor an event in 2023 is FREE. A door prize is encouraged to excite and attract event attendees (but is not required).

How do I secure a particular month to sponsor?

There is at least 1 event per month, and months may be claimed for sponsorship on a first come, first served basis (using the form below). If you’d like to sponsor an event please fill out the form and choose the month that works for you.

What do you get?

  1. Your organization listed as the event sponsor on our website with a link to your website from the time the fee is paid;
  2. Sponsor acknowledgement on eBlasts to 1000+ contacts in the weeks prior to your event;
  3. Several posts on Facebook in the weeks leading up to the event;
  4. 60-90 seconds to address the entire crowd at the event and tell them about your business;
  5. The sponsor is the only one allowed to put swag or flyers out at the event;
  6. Your business cards at the check-in table at the event;
  7. Registered attendee List provided on request;
  8. If needed, we will work with you to secure a location for the event, based on your preferences. Give us specific restaurants to talk to, or just a general area where you would like the event to be. We will talk to the restaurant(s), and keep in touch with you.

    Please fill out the following information and submit it. Event Sponsorship is FREE in 2023. Once your date is confirmed, your company or your organization will be advertised on our announcements, social media, or website.


    *Terms and Conditions:

    • All Event Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the Requested date.

    • If the Requested date selected is not available, we will work with you to secure another date that also works.

    • If we cancel an event due to weather or some other reason, we will work with you to secure another date.
