Network Table: Northwestern Cecil County is a volunteer model to help those with adverse SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) overcome barriers to good health. This can include anything from food insecurity to respite to social isolation and everything in between. This is accomplished with a team of dedicated volunteers whose focus is on transformation and relationships.
